Well there was the Alcan, but that petered out for various reasons (though the prototypes work quite well). Really, anything he's working on is on his website.
A few years ago, my wife and I thought we would ride up the Alcan to Alaska together. I developed the Alcan fairing for it. In every way, it was superior to the Windjammer... except it does not look like anything you are used to seeing. I showed the development of it on my web page but nobody seemed interested. I made 12.
Then I got back to real streamlining . This "Last Vetter Fairing" is the best fairing I have ever designed. It allows you to go 70 mph, into a 30 mph headwind, sit up and comfortable, carry a useful load and get over 100 mpg. If fuel ever becomes precious, you will want this fairing. I make the kits available but very few people can embrace such a radical concept because it does not look like anything you are used to seeing.
Its OK. Living better on less energy is the common thread of my life as a designer / motorcyclist. This is my noble cause. It is the right thing to be doing. Check out the pic.
