After 40 years I finally got a Phantom for my BMW R90/2/6. I am wondering if it is a fools errand to try to mate them up. I am in Gilroy. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Craig! I was pretty sure they didn't come that way, but I didn't know for sure. Bought that fairing used in the 90's and have no idea what it came off of. Also, I completely agree that the WJ III silver with orange stripes was an amazing combination.

It was a great privilege meeting you at the HoF breakfast! . I found the discussion on "Hippo Hands" very interesting as well. I own a pair that were actually willed to me by a late friend & riding buddy of many years! Believe it our not, I use them occasionally here in Florida! They work quite well on my 2012 H-D Ultra, & there are always two questions, what are they & where can I buy them!
