Hi,

My name is Mike Vaillancourt and I live in Canterbury, NH. I own a 1975 Honda GL1000 GoldWing equipped with a Windjammer IV with Vetter Cycle Sound, Vetter removable Saddle Bags, Diamond Custom Touring Seat, and Lester Aluminum Wheels. I have owned the bike for 23 years and I purchased it from the original owner when it was 16 years old and only 11,000 miles. It just turned 30,000 miles this past week. The bike has Garmin GPS Navigation, AM/FM Cassette Radio with an I-Pod, CB Radio with Intercom, and has the correct lowers all color matched to the Candy Blue Green color from 1975. I originally bought the bike as a stock unit. After owning the bike for 16 years as a stock bike, I started looking for the correct Windjammer Hardware for the period. I was able to buy the entire Fairing with lowers, mounting brackets, Saddle Bags, Vetter Cycle Sound, and Rear Trunk on an E-Bay auction for just the opening bid of $150 7 years ago. I will upload a photo of the bike as soon as I get home.

Sounds like a nice setup! Is your Cycle sound radio set up with a I-Pod via a USB port? I have been thinking if I should go with a cycle sound and if so I'd want a plug for my I-Phone. I second the pictures!

Welcome Mike! Great to have you on. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Super clean bike. Would love to see some pics posted in the showcase!

Nothing that elaborate. I just use a cassette adaptor and the sound is great. And I don't have to handle any cassettes or discs.

With the tiny 16G USB thumb drive I'm using, I have a couple of thousand songs at my disposal, and it sticks out from the face of the radio less than 1/2".

With Pandora I have 900,000 songs at my disposal. Most of which I have not heard and never want to! ;)
