Vetter Tank Bag 36L

I have an old Vetter tank bag 36L Does anyone know how it attaches?
It has been in storage for 30+ years along with my motorcycle but now I am riding again finally.
Can't quite remember exactly how it all goes together.

I have a couple of those tank bags in various sizes. They used these proprietary stud and snap type fasteners. I find them rather clumsy. I reworked mine with some off-the-shelf 1" webbing snap buckles, like you see on back packs. This also makes them really easy to move between my several bikes.

Yes. I make all kinds of stuff from webbing and those buckles work really well.
