You will be surprised, but CR folks will ship for a few extra bucks. Considering that Craigslist is traditionally less expensive then eBay its a win win.
The Rooster didn't come with a mount in the usual sense. The front attached to the bike's headlight shell bolts with a pair of straight flat bars per side with holes in them in a scissors configuration, but I used the L-shaped turn-signal relocation brackets instead, turning them over so they extended inside the fairing instead of below it. Then, an up-side-down U-shaped round rod attached to the bottom of the fairing, which was affixed to a pair of handle-bar clamps.
I did use the National brackets to mount the fairing to the handle bars. To mount the fairing to the headlight, I had to get a little creative because the fairing almost doesn't fit the 1200 Goldwing. In the end, I made some flat bar stock work with hose clamps.
