Thanks to brianpa for all the measurements. I located a rooster on ebay, for 50.00 including shipping. Needed a little patching and painting. Before picture.

I didn't want to pay 150.00 for a windshield, so I made a pattern out of cardboard and transferred it to a piece of plexiglass from Home depot. I made a mold of the curve...heated the plexiglass to 300 degrees for about 5 minutes and molded it to the curve. Sanded off the edges, drilled out the holes and mounted to the fairing. The height will have to be cut off, after I can ride it and get it adjusted. I'm lucky having all the tools, bandsaw, etc to make this an easy job. Even heated the plastic in my tee shirt press that I use in my sideline business.

I think I have about 200.00 total invested, and can't wait to take it for a ride. Too bad there's a foot of snow in the driveway, and will have to wait a couple of months.
Thanks to all on this forum for your help.
