Looking for very nice right side GOLD edging from Nightstalker or Regal Edition fairing

I have a feeling that is going to be like finding hen's teeth. Best of luck to you in your search. Have you considered painting all of the striping to make it all look the same? Not quite the same thing but it might be easier in the end.

Well, after finding my Dad's old bike after almost a quarter of a century, I figure I can afford to be optimistic! There is actually an entire Nightstalker fairing on Ebay right now, being sold ith some rather ugly Shoei bags, but the seller wants $650 for all, and that is too rich for my blood. Besides, I don't really want to change out the whole fairing. I also see some lowers on Ebay with some gold trim, and was thinking I could section in a piece of the edging from one of those where the fairing is scuffed (but not sure how that would look). I think I'd rather just wait and be patient, though. You never know...heck, apparnelty a nice Nightstalker that was noted on this site sold a few months back for only $40!

I know the Quicksilver was a smaller fairing, but does anyone know the length of the trailing edge (from the windshield to the bottom of ther fairing) for a Quicksilver and how it compares to a WJ5?

Thanks! Based on those photos and others I've poured over, and without actual measurements, the trailing edge is longer up by the windshield on the WJ. I would still have to "seam" it. Will ave to give it some thought. I am optimistic that another WJ Nightstalker for the right price and in the right condition will come my way. Its just matter of time. Best, Scott

As mentioned in another thread, I came up with a solution to the damaged gold trim and thus no longer need any.
