Looking for Supplement instructions for mounting with safety bars

I have a nice set of safety bars or crash bars that I would like to install on my bike an XS1100F. Reading the windjammer installation instructions , I learned there is a supplement and a safety bar installation kit. I would like to find some information on this so I could get the kit or fabricate one.

I am not sure I understand what you are shooting for. What are you trying to fabricate? The crash bars around your Windjammer, or custom brackets?
