Here's one on a CB350F, that's a bike with a 53.3" wheelbase, 35hp and a 370lb curb weight.

Sounds a bit rough for a Four.

Windshield clips came along later, but can be added to any WJ.

I'm betting that bike was in storage long before windshield clips came out. You know how bikes are, they need to be ridden to be happy.
