Over the past 3 or 4 weeks I started sanding stuff and getting primer shot...Yesterday I pulled the doors off the bags, lid and side panels off the trunk...Used a razor blade to remove all the decal striping, then sanded everything and got primer on those parts this morning...Still need to do...

Hate to be the guy to mention this, but thst body filler has a 99.9% probability of falling back out...It doesn't stick to plastic very well, especially when subjected to vibration, etc...A more permanent solution is to use some ABS sheet bent (heat gun) to fit and Permatex ABS epoxy to bond it...

One of the inserts in the fairing to attach them was missing, so I measured the hole with calipers and found new wellnuts on Amazon, bought those along with 5mm screws....This morning I pulled the old wellnuts out and replaced them with the new ones, bolted the lowers back on with the new screws...

Ok so I bought the type 53 lowers off ebay, and this morning put the WJ-V on the bike ('77 CB750) and started fitting them to it...Right side needed quite a bit more trimming than the left side, and of course I don't have the bolts and had to dig through my random bolts to find anything close...

I'm looking for lowers to fit my Windjammer V which will be going on my '77 CB750.. In the research I've done, the lowers for the WJ-V are specific to that fairing...They won't fit earlier fairings, and earlier lowers won't fit on the WJ-V....And the lowers for the WJ-V that are for the CB750...
