This is the first Vetter trunk I have seen with this tail lamp configuration. Anybody know anything about it? It has the Vetter icon on it, so that means it's pre Craig leaving. I have a trunk with a icon on it also, and it looks like the 4 light configuration.

I'm thinking the extra lights are an addition by the owner. It is amazing what people will do to them.

I put 6" oval LED semi trailer lights in mine similar to the above photo. The extra 2 lights above look like more semi trailer lights added by an owner.

So true, now that I look closer I see what you are saying. What thew me was he replaced all the lights so they look the same. o_O

I wish I had thought of or seen those round style lights. Then instead of chopping up the trunk as much for the ovals, I might have just made larger circles for new round lights. Oh well...

Although, my intent was not to keep it stock, the led rear lights and trunk's led side markers/reflectors look like they could be "modern" stock items IMHO. (The amber light bar on saddlebags obviously don't look stock).

The lights with the rubber gasket around them are available at most good auto parts stores. Most popular mfg. is Trucklite. They seal very well and are quite vibration resistant. Easy to replace if they ever burn out.

I'm looking to put LED lights in mine to replace the nonfuncional oem lights, what size round lights would I be looking for and where is the best place to get them?
