Turn signal problem Windjammer V

My left turn signal works fine, but the right one stays bright until I switch the turn signal on then the front goes to dim and back hyper flashes. Any pointers on what the wiring problem is?

Sounds like a bad ground to me, check the wiring and remember to check the area where the sockets bolt to the housings for corrosion or rust.
