Found this on eBay US, New and only $14.95 BIN, it says its a Torque Commuter Windjammer and is being sold with a Vetter set of installation instructions, another interesting thing is if you look at one of the pictures it appears to have 2 locking hard covers for the side pockets which appear to be hinged at the top. Any ideas of origin anyone? mount would probably be worth the asking price alone?

Not a lot of information out there on that name other than the one that you linked to. I had never heard of one before this.

I also have not heard of this fairing before. I however feel it is NOT a Vetter product.

...In the 1970s, many fairing companies appeared. Most copied the Windjammer, adding a little bump here and there. All used Vetter-style hardware, not bothering to make their own mounting brackets. They simply directed their customer to us for brackets...

...at least twenty other companies made copies of my designs. Had they known how many I was making, there would have been hundreds of copy fairings!

Interesting! I have not seen this one either. Here are the pics for archival purposes.
