Essentially, yes. For the fairing, you only need the right bracketry, which can be got on ebay. The rear brackets are fairly modifiable one way or other.

I have a couple of those tank bags in various sizes. They used these proprietary stud and snap type fasteners. I find them rather clumsy. I reworked mine with some off-the-shelf 1" webbing snap buckles, like you see on back packs...
