Xenforo Updated to Ver. 1.4.0

I renewed our Xenforo license and updated to the new version 1.4.0. This is a huge update and there are lots and lots of added features. Probably most you wont use! If you happen to be perusing the release notes and see a feature that you think may benefit the forum please feel free to request it.
