So, how is everybody doing? Our group is small enough that we care a bit about each other yet diversified enough that we don't go down the same trail every day.Got my cast off my leg six weeks early and trying to learn how to walk:-)
It's nice that we have different kinda bikes and tastes in things. You can only talk soo much about this or that and then a new thought comes up out of the blue.
We seem to be a happy group and hope it stays this way as we grow larger. We seem to be the hard core people.
So..no VOGS vaccine for me!!

Can't complain. (What good would it do?) Work is slow, of course.

I was installing my new headlight relays*, but I got stopped by the dark, so I'll have to finish tomorrow.

* One relay for each filament, plus a smaller one to cut both off when I hit the kill switch.

Well, things are great on my side Steppen. It's very exciting to see our community grow. When I set out to put this together I didn't want it to be a giant mass of users and drama like some forums. I was looking to have a tight group of folks that love motorcycles and of course their Vetters. One of my main goals is being able to provide information to other people. There are quiet a few lurkers on the forum, and this is great. They are reading our articles, and viewing our guides, and looking at our pictures, and this is exactly what the forum here for.

In addition, the people I have met on here are great. It feels like I personally know many of them. It's like having a Vetter family. I just wish I got to experience the revolution as it actually happened as many of you did.

All in all, what a great community that we have created. Thank you all for sharing your images, knowledge, and stories.

I like that you said we,not many speak but many listen:)
I can not sit here and talk about my fairing all day,it is nice to read other riders stories with the other Vetter products people have on their rides.I didn't know there were that many different ones that went under the Vetter brand.
I learn something new every day,I thought the windjammer was the only product they made. Then I find out out they were made in Rantoul IL which at that time I drove there every other week to the AFB to make a delivery, had I only know en at the time.
Hopefully I might ride next year and get some new pictures of bikes decked out with our fairings.:)
I have many pics but with vetters there are few and mainly mine and that could be boring.

Update: I got everything stuffed into the headlight shell, and all tests proved positive.

In other words, the headlight works like it should, and the stereo functions normally.

I mention this because I ran new wires from the battery to the shell for direct power.

More info available if anyone is interested.
