My name is Kynan, I am the founder of the Vetter Owners Group and forum. I found that the Vetter community didn't have a real place to gather, and chat about their Vetter goodies. It seems that there is a slew of technical knowledge on the Windjammer fairings and other Vetter products scattered on various forums throughout the net. I am hoping that this community will grow and become a centralized location for Vetter discussion and technical knowledge.
I have spoke to Craig Vetter via email and he is excited to see the forming community grow. You will most likely see some participation from time to time on Craigs part.
As far as me? Well, I am located in Bakersfield, California. I run a design firm called Fluxar Studios were we focus on Web Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, and many other things that can be designed, however no motorcycle design, ill leave that to Craig. I grew up around cars and motorcycles as my dad owned a restoration shop. I have had a number of bikes over the years and many of them had fairings.
I am currently restoring a 1979 XS Eleven Special. I am installing a Windjammer SS, Cycle Sound, Vetter Trunk and Saddle Bags. I will show progress pics as it comes along.
I also have a 1973 Yamaha RD350, 1980 Kawasaki AR80, and a fully restored 1956 Pannonia TLF 250 deLuxe.
I am looking forward to meeting new Vetter enthusiasts
