Thought I would post some pictures of my bike and Vetter information. Might be good reference material someday! Information tags from fairing, trunk and lowers. How my bike usually gets ridden unless I am going somewhere, fairing and lowers only.

Not sure what bike you have, but many riders mount them to the crash bars. Might suggest using LED units, many early bikes have charging systems without a lot of reserve capacity.

Thanks for the response, that is what I was finding also. Didn't know if there was a preference, or anyone associated with the group who could use the support. So you can't get a windshield from Vetter if I live in the US?

I rode a 79 XS1100 year round in western Washington for 96,000 miles with lowers on, never had any overheating problems. I wonder if the channeling of the air close to the cooling fins helps?
