Just so happened to be browsing eBay and came across what was once a Terraplane. Interesting concept but execution was a little off.

Welcome to VOG!
I can't offer any advice on attaching a Terraplane to a Yamaha, as I don't have a Yamaha. Be sure to post some pictures, as we all love pictures around here!
Merry Christmas, all!
I think this was the first spring Christmas we had. It was in the mid 70's with thunderstorms that rolled through. It was a fairly quite day for work, so I can't complain too much.
Welcome George!
It's tough to lock down an accurate figure for pricing. As with most things it's going to come down to what you'd like to get for it and what a buyer is willing to pay for it. I paid $2,000 for my 1981 Goldwing and the Terraplane.
Glad to hear you're doing well. I too wear a helmet at all times while riding; and wouldn't have it any other way. I've seen first hand what wearing a helmet can protect you from when motorcycle is laid down.
Very cool!
After some quick searching, it seems like the prices have been all over the place for these. $2,500 to $11,000 - I guess it's a buyers market and will greatly depend on what the person wants to spend.
Here is a link with a little bit more information...
Now that I can start dedicating some funds to my Terraplane project, this would be a good goal to hit. Albeit 1250 miles from the house... cross county trip? Hmm.
