Thanks, actually i wrote Carol Vetter and she responded saying that the Gold trim was offered after the company was sold and that they had no knowledge of how it was sourced. Best, Scott

Looking for very nice right side GOLD edging from Nightstalker or Regal Edition fairing

Thanks! Based on those photos and others I've poured over, and without actual measurements, the trailing edge is longer up by the windshield on the WJ. I would still have to "seam" it. Will ave to give it some thought. I am optimistic that another WJ Nightstalker for the right price and in the...

Shortly afterwards, he "dressed" the bike with a Vetter Windjammer V Nightstalker fairing and KG hard saddlebags and trunk. I was 15-16 back then, and helped him install the fairing...

    WJ Night Stalker

Not quite sure why, but my intention to upload a pic of the whole bike did not carry through. Here it is, for those who may be curious. Its really in fine shape considering the age. The goofy single carb setup even works well, and for now I have no plan to convert it back . By the way, any...

    WJ Night Stalker

Hi, new member to the site, actually I joined specifically because of this thread. I recently found my late father's Vetter-equipped 1981 GL1100 on EBay, not seen for the last 24 years (short story is I gave it to my Dad's best friend shortly after he passed, and said friend sold it within...
