    Electrical power for radio

Ok I know we don't all ride the same bike or even the same brand but I am wondering if anyone else has seen this. First the bike is a 1982 Suzuki GS850G. It has a new (made by me) wiring harness, i replaced every wire and the main wirinig side connectors. This means any device switch or what...

    Cycle sound questions.

A couple of queations. The simple one first. The two mounting brackets that go from the speaker to the top clamp bolts of the windscreen, are all that hold the cycle sound inplace? I looked at the manual and thats all I saw....seems like it would move around and vibrate. Next as I am a gadget...

Anyone going to Oshkosh this year?

My plans are never set in stone but I am planning a trip from Ohio to Oshkosh Wi, for the little airshow they have every year. Anyone here going? My plan is to head straight north and either take the boat across the lake at Ludington or go all the way around the lake through the U.P. I did that...

Did it again....first ride with the trailer

The first trailer was one I built a few years ago for my busa and just made the hitch for my 850. Last night I was able to do a test run of my newest trailer and it worked perfectly. I am looking forward to spending some time on the water as well as the time getting to and from the water. It...

    Best ebay buy yet

Just picked up a new (to me) WJ. It came with everything mounting bracket (wrong one for my bike but it's here), both lowers, newer windshield, right hard cover (no key), left soft cover, harness. How much you ask, just 5 dollars. I think its my best purchase yet. Anyway just wanted to share.

    more windshield questions....

I have a WJ V, I am assuming the windshield is the original. When I bought it the windshield had scratches on it that looked pretty bad. I was able to remove all scratches and make the windshield look very nice. My problem and in turn question is, now that I am riding the windshield is starting...

    Tri-bar luggage

I have a NOS set of Tri-bar (samsonite) luggage rack I'd like to convert to Givi luggage. I have already done this with the Vetter luggage rack and think the tri-bar should be easier. Has anyone done this? Has anyone else made givi luggage fit the vetter rack?

    Windjammer V alignment issues

I am wondering if anyone has had alignment issues when mounting their WJ fairing. Mine has a lean to it, that is it leans to the left. This "lean" causes the right side to be very close to the gas tank and the the left side to have an extra large gap. Another issue the "lean" causes is the...

    Hello from central Ohio

Just thought I'd say hello since I've been snooping on and off for a while now. My bike is an 82' Suzuki GS850G I have JUST installed a Windjammer V. My current plan is to use the V until I am sure I do like it and then paint the a IV I have to match the bike. I was lucky enough to find a NOS...
