Yes that is an unlicensed copy of a Windjammer , and I believe several companies build thousands of unlicensed copies of Vetter windjammers

I can not say for certain , but I kind of doubt it is vetter , maybe with the bump someone else will know for sure

From what I can see , it looks like a windjammer and looks to be made from abs plastic , and not fibreglass . Perhaps the sticker you found under the cycle sound was from a previous owner (?) , dealer ? Looks like a good find and well bought

Welcome to the Vetter forum, In my opinion the windjammer look very good on modern bikes. When you do get it mounted post some pictures for us , we all like pictures! You will likely have to build your own mount . Did you get lowers with the lll ? Alan

Auto parts store, 70's -80's Chrysler products used the same bulb sockets and pigtails as the windjammer iv. I replaced mine a couple years ago. Alan

Try " deep Wood Off" I worked part time at an auto recycler , that's what they used on older scratched and yellowed headlights , can almost make them like new, soak it then buff them a couple times. Alan

Yes pictures please, I would also guess the windshield angle is almost parallel with the front forks , that's the best for looks

I don't know what those are , I thought the comstar wheels were riveted there( I could be wrong) Some kind of change up perhaps?
