As I ride, slowly I noticed I was getting some shake in my fairing...
All the bolts are tight, and the rubber isolators are still in one piece.
Thats when I noticed a 3-4" crack on the inside of the hardpocket starting from the top, down...

Head unit is just the central user spot for the radio system.
They arent called "radios" really anymore because they do alot more than be a radio ( IMO ):D

I wear a full face helmet all the time. I just recently started slacking on that around town.
I'm usually jamming on my SENA system in my helmet.

So all I did was open the housing enough to remove the metal plate.... And my regular old din head unit dropped right in.

Well, I tossed out the shaft player. It was rusted solid.
But the player was in the housing, then had a metal plate inside of the rectangle cutout to line it all up, then the vetter faceplate was on it, held on by the nuts that screwed to the shafts.

I removed the cycle sound from mine and a din unit dropped right in.
It's a single slot din I guess. Didn't have to do a thing to it.
