    New from southeast PA

No, not in PA. I took the Motorcycle Saftey Foundation course when I was in the Navy and stationed in Norfolk, VA and then again in Brunswick, ME. It is the best course I could have taken. I have often thought about taking an advanced course, but I fear that I may have too many bad habits...

This gives you an idea of what is possible with wrecked bikes. If I remember right, it started as a wrecked bike too. Heat guns are a wonderful thing.:D

    1995 goldwing interstate

Replacement plastic should be easy to find just depends on how much you want to spend for it. That will look interesting when they're finished.

Mounting brackets for windjammer on 85 xj700

Welcome to the forum. Any mount can be made to work. Not knowing what the differences are between the frames are, I would suggest finding a bike that has a similar frame design to keep the modifications to a minimum.

While I have my WJ III project on hold, I decided to put my headlight into my WJ IV. It required no modification and fit right in.

    windshields?

I've always bought other fairings and got new windscreens that way. Sadly, now I have too many fairings, and a bunch of screens similar to yours. Seriously though, here is a vendor... https://bikescreen.com/products/fairing-manufacturer-vetter-i-iv-vindicator-1978-1982

    Windjammer/GoldWing Facelift

I am well versed in the problems of the 1200. My 81 1100 actually has a 1200 motor and my 84 is a 1200 Standard that I have changed the stator on it twice. You can still buy the poorboy kit new on ebay.

    Windjammer/GoldWing Facelift

Well, this project is going on the back burner for a while. The '87 that I bought was going to be a donor motor for my '84. I paid $500 for it so I was expecting a turd. I got something a little better than that. So, at this point, I think what I am going to do is take the '84 motor out...

    Windjammer/GoldWing Facelift

Well, it appears that Spring may have finally sprung here in PA, so I was able to spend some time in the garage this weekend. I spent a lot of time filling the holes in this WJ III, I wanted to make sure that I don't put any new holes back into it. Let's see... I have a charging port (the WJ...
