Well Avetter I spent last night again next to tracks,about 30 feet away from the NS mainline just south of Cincinnati.Spent 24 hours in the same spot in the middle of nowhere..got some horn toots,light shows..they know my van I think.I took lots of pics but here are two.
I prefer to ride.Working on the bike used to be fun but now..not so much.I do the routine stuff,tighten nuts bolts check tire pressures,lights,oil but rebuilding the front end,setting the valves etc. just isn't sexy any more. When I put the fairing on last time I guess I didn't...

This is where I go alot on my bike but I am still not able to yet..got my little rv and still travel..plan on the XS11 ralley in NC this fall so how has everybody been doing.
With mine i have run to 80 and that is it,too old to be a kid. But I have never felt unsafe with the fairing on.I have good suspension on the front and can keep up to non fairinged rigs so I don't think going over 100 would case a windshield to snap off and possibly hit you they seem pretty darn...
