WOW thanks for the info. No horn kit but I did end up buying 1 3/4” plastic plugs and inserted them from the inside. No glue so if I find a horn kit they’ll be easy to remove.

That’s very enlightening Doug. The bucket cover answers an important question. This fairing has a sealed beam, So the bucket on the bike isn’t needed.

Thanks for the information regarding the headlight bucket. The fairing has a receptacle on the left lower side under the vin plate. I don’t have the harness that plugs into it to mate the fairing with the bike though. No big thing though. The fairing is the Windjammer V. Under the signal lights...

Thanks that’s good news. The thought of removing the relays, terminal, board etc. did not thrill me.

I have what I believe to be a complete Fairing with the exception of the wiring harness that connects the lights on the fairing to the bike. Also to properly fit does the stock headlight bucket have to be removed .

I am installing the Windjammer V fairing on my 81 BMW r100t. I wondered if the stock headlight bucket needs to be removed to accommodate the mounting of the fairing. If so, all the wiring in the headlight needs a new place to live. What am I facing here? The fairing is complete and I have the...
