My original brackets came off a 1982 Yamaha XJ750 Maxim and were put onto my Maxim. The second set came of an older Goldwing. That set was put onto my Maxim when I mixed and matched the luggage with a different trunk mount and adjustable backrest. I have no idea which set of brackets will fit...

I don't need/want alot of Cash but I don't needs someone local to take they stuff off my hands. :) I also have a Vetter Helmet (FOR SHOW) a Vetter tri-color leather jacket and some Saddleman products (originally made/sold by Craig's brother) and at least 1 set of Hippo Hands I can part with.

Hey, I'm moving soon and need to trim down the spare Vetter parts, fairings, luggage and wind shields. None are in perfect shape, but most are restore-able/usable. I don't have pictures/list yet. At this time I'm trying to get feelers to see if anyone is in the greater southern chicago-land area...

The sidecar was just a nifty feature to go with a fully vetter dressed GL1000. But I agree addons don't add value unless you WANT them for your self. I'd rather have a Terraplane on that GL1000 I pictured :) ATM I'm looking at a 2006 Honda ST1300. It's definitely modern and should be more...

I didn't grow up around motorcycles and I learned to ride about 5 years ago. Honestly beyond the rarity/limited run I don't understand the big deal about the Hurricane... Feel free to enlighten me what's so different/cool about it. I do like the LOOK, but beyond that I don't get it.
