Thanks. I used a router with a bit optimized for cutting plexiglass. Used a test piece to get a feel for it. Zip zip, done!

Update, found a shop to fab mounts, no 3d scanner. Should have the bike back next week. Big Thanks to Mr. Vetter for his help and for signing the lockable cover.
