Hi, new member. Names Doc Niver.
Had many Vetters on many bikes.
The first one was on a GS750 best intro because on the way home from purchasing the bike I got hit with a rain storm. 100 miles of rain and everything but my legs stayed fairly dry. Wasn't used to that. Had a lot of different fairing and windshields but none of them worked near as well.
35 years later I picked up a Quicksilver fairing for my Yamaha XS750. Not the wind protection of a Windjammer but not the weight or the aerodynamics. Still trying it out in various wind conditions but in Indiana the wind has bad but riding hasn't been as bad as with a handlebar mount that I had on it.
Looking for the had guards that were offered as an assesory but had no luck on an Internet search.
Finally found a picture of a bike with one on it but that's all I've found.
Anybody has any more information on them it would be appreciated
