Update, found a shop to fab mounts, no 3d scanner. Should have the bike back next week. Big Thanks to Mr. Vetter for his help and for signing the lockable cover.

Definitely will be expensive, and Seems like overkill, until you watch guys 3d scan, feed the data into the computer, and produce exactly what they need that fits precisely in no time.
