Vetter Terraplane Sidecar Electric plugs and connectors found

I found the correct electrical sidecar plug, housing,pins and sockets.

They are made by TE Connectivity ( AMP ) They are the COMMERICAL Mate-N-Lok series. ( www.te.com )
They can be found at many electric supply places online, such as newark.com. mouser.com digikey.ph etc.
Or just put "TE Connectivity" and the part numbers into a search engine site and you will find them at other sites.
They also have .pdf dimensional drawings to printout or download.

The plastic panel mount plug HOUSING (female/socket) (sidecar side) is Part # : 1-480304-0 -0 = NATURAL/NYLON, - 2 = RED, - 9 = BLACK
The " -0 " at end of part numbers are the colors.
It seems they only make the Natural/Nylon -0 panel mount plug now, I couldn't find any -9 BLACK plugs anywhere available.

The metal female socket type connectors ( sidecar side ) for the HOUSING is Part # 60617-1 ( TIN ) - 4 ( TIN ) - 5 ( GOLD ) - 6 ( GOLD )

The plastic male CAP ( motorcycle side ) is Part # : 1-480305-0 , -0 = NATURAL/NYLON, -2 = RED, -9 = BLACK
-9 BLACK are still available at www.digikey.ph

The metal pin type male connectors ( motorcycle side ) for the CAP is Part # 60618-1 ( TIN ) - 4 ( TIN ) - 5 ( GOLD ) -6 ( GOLD )

A special motorcyle type crimping tool is needed for the wires. TE says use a special tool to install into plastic housings.

The crimp tool can be found at “ vintage Connections “ www.vintageconnections.com for around 35-40 dollars. I have used their connectors to build many harnesses and adapters for my 82 and 88 Gild Wings
