Rear tyre blowout, flipped 180 degrees in the air and the Windjammer (using standard Vetter brackets) took the strain and effectively saved the bike from further damage .....

That's some strong stuff alright, I've heard this same thing a few times on other forums. I hope everyone is uninjured.

I live to "fight another day" ......

I'm back in the UK now and up on my feet, although still with a neck brace and rather sore. The strength of the W/J undoubtedly helped "preserve" me !!

Thanks for posting back so quickly. Sounds like you've got a great attitude and will be back in the saddle this season. I hope you're sharing your story on other webforums, more interested folks and more moral support are sure to go a long way.

I have a FB page where I share my adventures on my W/J equipped T160 Outfit and my W/J equipped T150. It's mainly trivial stuff but occasionally there's some "excitement" like this. Lol !!

If anyone wants to see what i get up to on the Windjammer bikes, this is the FB page : https://www.facebook.com/groups/388400358590279
